Re: Terrance Hill Jr - Decommitted
Haha yep. His commitment and keeping it makes so much more sense if Sprinkle told him he may be going to Washington.

Re: Terrance Hill Jr - Decommitted
I will probably be mocked for this take, but I am really excited to see what Jordy Barnes can become. Seems that he is more likely to get a shot now.

Did he take the tweet down?

Re: Terrance Hill Jr - Decommitted
There is a new rule that allows commits to choose a different school if the head coach leaves.cval wrote:Then what is a LOI?QuackAttackAggie wrote: ↑March 29th, 2024, 9:40 pmHe doesn'tcval wrote:Since he actually signed versus just committing, he might need a release from us before declaring himself a free agent.

Re: Terrance Hill Jr - Decommitted
He technically has to request it but the school is required to approve it
"If the head coach leaves the institution or the sports program (e.g., not retained, resigns) before you trigger attendance (full-time enrollment attending classes in a regular academic term) at the signing institution or participate in preseason practice, whichever is earlier, you are no longer bound by the provisions of the NLI. You would need to formally submit an NLI release request if you no longer want to attend the institution due to the head coach departure and the institution must grant you a complete release."

No, it just isn't coming through above for some reason.
