Nigel Burris
I was looking at our roster and came to Burris’s name. I remember seeing his highlights at Idaho, which are pretty darned good for a freshman and saw that he was freshman of the year in the Big Sky. His numbers were very good. With that said, I wondered why he didn’t play this past year. Of course Great had a lot to do with that. I wonder, though if Nigel has what it takes to play and contribute. He moves pretty well, and like I say has good numbers. I hope he gets a chance.

Re: Nigel Burris
He was a 3 and D guy and couldn’t do either at the MW level.
Is a lot of that due to how Sprinkle reportedly treated his players, probably.
Was there also a lack of MW talent in him, probably.

Re: Nigel Burris
I thought 22 said it was just a confidence thing? I thought the implication was that Burris had the ability.BasketballAgg wrote: ↑April 20th, 2024, 5:09 pmHe was a 3 and D guy and couldn’t do either at the MW level.

Burris definitely struggled with his confidence.Real Life Aggie wrote: ↑April 20th, 2024, 7:34 pmI thought 22 said it was just a confidence thing? Re: Nigel Burris
He didn't seem to lack confidence in the Purdue game. He managed to chuck it up every time he touched the ball. A couple of them even hit the rim. He was brimming with confidence.aggies22 wrote: ↑April 20th, 2024, 8:19 pmBurris definitely struggled with his confidence.Real Life Aggie wrote: ↑April 20th, 2024, 7:34 pmI thought 22 said it was just a confidence thing? I exaggerate, of course. But Burris and Templin were a combined 0-6, I believe.
