Like I said in another thread, he knows he's coming in behind two seniors. He wants to come in and prove he's the guy for the 2025 season and beyond. We have become a program where kids are willing to give up starting spots at other schools to come to Logan and wait their turn.

4 of our guards entering into this upcoming season will be their last season. Our 24-25 guard position is full now.

Agreed, his 3 point shooting is suspect but hopefully he can improve upon that. He scored 11 points against the Aggies last year and 23 against Utah both on the road. The Aggies just brought in two backup point guards that averaged 11 points at their prior stop. That doesn't happen everyday.

I suspected Housley playing 34.6 minutes impacted his game after being only 1 year removed from his mission.
1st 14 games of the 23-24 season
Housley had 11 games in the double digits in points
Housley had 20 or more points in 4 of those games
26/76 from 3 34.2%
He faced Utah State, Utah, Montana State, and Grand Canyon in that stretch.
He got an average 17.5 points and 3 assists in those 4 games.
