The WAC used to have a Commissioner's Cup, a trophy that went to the athletic department that had the best overall performance during that academic year. USU never won, even the year that we won the conference football championship. The minor sports underperformed.

Does the Mountain West have a similar trophy? If it does, we should be in the running this year. Football should finish 1st or 2nd, basketball looks ready to exceed expectations and finish in the top 3, soccer finished 4th, men's and women's cross country finished (I believe) 3rd, and volleyball is currently 1st.
