Post by Elkaggie » October 12th, 2014, 12:55 am

I want to publicly apologize for my bad-mouthing attitude towards him. Dude is playing lights out!!

Not only did he get an INT but he caused the fumble in the end zone.

Anyone coming late to the party will think TrueBigBlue didn't read the title. The title was changed after posting, to clear up any confusion. It was previously just "apologize" I believe.

Just watching the replay, didn't realize at the game that Sutera caused the fumble. Great athletic effort on that play

He's giving Centers a run for his money in the play making department. Suite has been solid but quiet in comparison.

I too need to apologize to Sutera. I wasn't very supportive of him last year and going into this year, but the guy has been making plays and has gotten stronger each game. He was huge for us on saturday. Good for him in putting in the work and to the coaches for sticking with him. Once again I've been shown I know very little about football.

Might want to retract that apology. Dropped an interception and allowed the last pass to get them in field goal range.

Sutera was two steps late to the party with 11 seconds to go and the entire stadium knowing the who, what, when and where of said party at USU's 22 yard line.

Yep. He wasn't even close enough to commit PI.

He has done it all year. Right after the play, without even seeing who was on the coverage, I looked at my wife and said, "I bet that was Sutera that was late." Sure enough. He is our weak link. I can't stand watching him play. All of his interceptions have been thrown right to him. I do tip my hat for the fumble vs. Air Force. Teams key on him when he is lined up as safety.

Why aren't our DBs coached to just commit the PI on these hail Mary throws?

You have to be close enough to actually hit the receiver.

Wells said at the luncheon that it was HIS fault, NOT Frankie's fault, that he had him where he did on that last bomb at the end, and that he should have lined him up even further back.

My question is, why was Sutera playing deep, and not Suite?
