Re: Recruiting wish list
Final 3 for me is Hill or Thomas, King or Hawkins, and Jackson (still need a hs rb). Would love to find room for Legas somehow too.

I somehow forgot about Jackson. If there is still a chance with him then I’d agree with your list.

22 has said he is willing to do either. Although maybe the usc offer made him less flexible one way or the other?

Re: Recruiting wish list
There is still room for Legas. He did not officially visit and that makes allows him to come in the summer as a push forward. He could still go on a mission as well. I would like to see us start taking 5 or 6 mission kids a year. It's a great way to start a signing class. Plus with most of the kids coming back in the summer it gives you the flexibility to add a few kids as push forwards or add them in December as greyshirts and enroll them in January. The basketball coaching staff loves the mission program as well, they can't wait to get Cade Potter in a few years.
Re: Recruiting wish list
Looks like he has a connection to Jalen Davis? I may have missed this in some other thread.

Re: Recruiting wish list
Your memory fails you. He was a very late signing and he was supposed to go on a mission but he showed up in the summer, looking for a scholarship. It's a good thing we took him.

Re: Recruiting wish list
Have I not been paying attention or is this the most PWOs we’ve brought in? I can’t seem to remember having this many in a class. Of course half of them are punters and kickers (tic). We also have a few 3 star PWOs which is awesome!!ineptimusprime wrote: ↑February 2nd, 2019, 7:39 pmTwitter saying Opheikens is a PWO.GeorgiaAggie wrote: ↑February 2nd, 2019, 7:37 pm22 said that Faamafoe was a PWO.BustaMcNutt wrote: ↑February 2nd, 2019, 7:31 pmPretty sure this guy and Faamafoe are scholarship guys.

Re: Recruiting wish list
Another walkon that we will see this spring is Junior Dumuni. He recently got off his mission and is working out with the team

Re: Recruiting wish list
Junior is a senior at Ridgeline and is committed to Idaho State. Waqa's son Levani is/was on his mission but he signed with Stanford prior to his mission. IF Levani has decided to play here, be very excited!AGGIEFIGHT wrote: ↑February 2nd, 2019, 9:14 pmAnother walkon that we will see this spring is Junior Dumuni. Re: Recruiting wish list
By Twitter feed, I think it is Emosi. Junior and Levani also show up on his twitter feed with their Stanford and Idaho State commitments. He has a lot of Utah State centered stuff. Probably Emosi.

Re: Recruiting wish list
According to the 247 site, Riley Burt was visiting this weekend. He played really well in BYU’s bowl game.
I really like the idea of a three headed monster of Bright, Warren, and Burt. Running game could be really good next year.

Re: Recruiting wish list
Riley Burt did visit this weekend but there is no word on how it went. In other running back related news former commit Dadrion Taylor just committed to Texas Tech and now will magically become a 3* prospect.ineptimusprime wrote: ↑February 3rd, 2019, 9:54 amAccording to the 247 site, Riley Burt was visiting this weekend. Apologies for quoting myself but this is how long it took for Dadrion Taylor to become a 3* prospect.aggies22 wrote: ↑February 3rd, 2019, 10:38 amRiley Burt did visit this weekend but there is no word on how it went. Re: Recruiting wish list
He sure improved a lot since when they evaluated him a MONTH AGO when he committed to us. Pretty comical, really.
(EDIT: okay, so I guess it wasn’t 247, but some other site that brought him up to a composite 3 star)

Re: Recruiting wish list
I'm afraid Hill's decison is going to hinge on what another top OL Enokk Vimahi does. If Vimahi picks USC I don't think they have room for Hill.

Re: Recruiting wish list
I don’t know if this is a PWO, scholarship now, or a push forward but I’m glad he landed here. I liked what I saw in his film. I though with a late push by Kansas that he wouldn’t land here but the coaching staff is on point. Collins is absolutely killing it!

Re: Recruiting wish list
Another great pickup. I think he’s a push forward. His offer at KU had to be a push forward too since they are so short on scholarships. Word from the KU board after his visit was that he wanted to be closer to home, so not surprised about this pickup. That being said, it is great to get a recruit that Les Miles wanted.GeorgiaAggie wrote: ↑February 3rd, 2019, 11:33 pmI don’t know if this is a PWO, scholarship now, or a push forward but I’m glad he landed here. Yet another from the Pac NW. Loving this new pipeline.

Cmon Vimahi to usc. I know he has always been favored to usc but still a possibility to Ohio st. Great info 22.
