Hi my friends
Been gone way to long, health issues, don’t want to go there, only positive ahead
,I have been so overjoyed at our Basketball team this year! I have seen a lot of Aggie teams over the years, starting with Cornell Green and Troy Collier, Estes, etc. to the present team. We have had more talented teams before, like Nate Williams, Marv Roberts, Kevin Nixon, Marcos Saxton, Vince Washington, Shaler Halimon, by the By, Shaler was the most Talented player we have had next to Estes! Others were, Kendall Youngblood, Troy Rolle, Bobb, Butler and others..
However, this team plays TOGETHER better than any Aggie team I have seen in my lifetime! These guys are just fun to watch! I feel good about our chances of beating the Huskies. My second daughter lives in Husky territory. She has for the past 7 years! She lives in Aberdeen, and loathes all the rain. Finally got her a light box and that has helped her.
I remember playing Washington in the Spectrum maybe in 80,s and lost? Our record isn’t the best against them but I think we will win this year!
By the way, one of the ancients necklace still free flows in Romney-Maverik Stadium. It is getting weathered but still there. I should have put one in the Spectrum in the rafters behind the ceiling! Two Aggie first rowers and myself in 1987 went up into the ceiling catwalks one game when we played UNLV and Tara the Shark. We watched their practice witch were always off limits to fans let alone the enemy students. I will admit about Tark, their practices were really something to behold, extremely organized and choreographed!.
Well, it’s good to be back, go Aggies make us Ole fans emotional Friday night. Dang I wanted them in sLC! Oh well, maybe Boise next year!

Re: Hi my friends
Trout! I was hoping my post about a watch party in St. George would elicit a response from you. Hope you're doing well. Are you going to be watching the game in the Putz manor, or do you have a favorite place in "St. Greed" to catch the game?

Welcome back Trout! I guess the Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow St. Greed did not take your life all those years ago on Halloween night!

NE corner often has 2 ravens on a pole by observatory Just the pair. Overlooking stadium
They are looking at stadium
Could be good medicine. Ancients revered birds
Now. Two turkey vultures perched? Bad deal
I’ll take them out

Re: Hi my friends
Absolutely awesome to have you check in, Putz! Your story about being in the rafters of the Spectrum makes me worry about security. I can't imagine what two idiots would have gone up there with you. They must have been terrible influences. I do realize with your post how much I miss seeing Aggiesports' stuff on the board. Thanks for the historical insights! Go Aggies!

Re: Hi my friends
People are wondering if trout is a fair weather fan because he only shows up after we are ranked in both major sports.
Just kidding, trout! Very good to hear from you!

Re: Hi my friends
Thank you all True Aggies, you have been very kind in your thoughts and wishes to me!
Let’s take care of the Washington Huskies tonight!
Don’t want to hear my Aberdeen, Grays Harbor daughter rub it in if we..........nah she wouldn’t anyway she went to the Ewe and graduated from there......I know I failed there! Her younger brother my True son graduated with honors in Computer, Electrical Engineering. He hasn’t regretted it. He has the best job and a career that pays the best. USU helped him after he graduated to land his first job. Where the Ewe was terrible for my daughter and older son. Their career office at the Ewe is a joke. Even my niece who got her BS first from USU, and then masters from the Ewe. Well, she said it was Utah State that helped her get her first career not the Ewe. So I am so grateful for my Alma Mater in many ways! Hell, USU even helped this Ole Putz get my first job at North Davis Jr. High teaching the little darlings of the 9th grade Geography!
I am bringing out my Walrus claws for tonight’s game as a good vibe. My sister gave them to me when she taught at Hooper Bay Alaska from 1970 to 1977. Hooper Bay is a small Eskimo Village on the Bering Sea!
After each basket we make I will hold the claws up and shout the Beattle,s song, I AM. THE. WALRUS......cucko ca. Choo! The Gods work overtime for me!
Almost went to UW for my masters in Geography.
