SLC Watch Party?

Post by SweepDance » March 19th, 2019, 10:42 am

Is anyone planning to get together in the Salt Lake area to watch Friday's game? I think it would be fun to get a group together at a sports bar somewhere in the valley.

If nobody has plans already I'd be happy to try and organize something if there is enough interest.

Also, does anyone have any favorite spots? You know, somewhere where you can actually hear the game?

Great idea. That is one thing we need to do to build the Aggie Nation. Unfortunately I am not of the country or I would be there! Go Aggies?

It would be great to have something like that set up for televised football road games as well. At Legend's Bar and Grill you see fans of teams across the country gather to watch their team play. It would be good if Aggies had something like that too.

My wife and I will be going out somewhere, but it didn't sound like there was enough interest to formally organize something. I hadn't really decided on a place yet (maybe Legends?) but the more the merrier! I'm open to suggestions if there's anywhere that other people want to go--I'm good with anywhere between Sandy and downtown.

Several of us will be at the WingNutz in Taylorsville. Welcome to grab some baked wings there.

Sounds like brewvies is having a watch party! That would be awesome but my kids would kill me if we dogged them. The info is on the twitter feed for usu fans home page.

Thanks. I couldn't find it on the Twitter feed, but eventually found it on the Brewvies website. Here's the link in case anyone else in interested:

You will need to tell me how it was. I’d love to see this team play on a movie screen!
