Queta
One of the best back to back games I've seen for an aggie. Really developing on offense.

Is there any chance he stays another year? A man can hope, right?QuackAttackAggie wrote: ↑February 19th, 2021, 10:14 pmOne of the best back to back games I've seen for an aggie. Really developing on offense.

Re: Queta
With Queta going 14-19, there’s no reason anyone else should have over 5 attempts in all honesty. They couldn’t stop Queta. At the rate he was going instead of 33/66 for the game we should have been closer to 40/66 for the game. We should have kept feeding him until they adjusted or fouled out.

Re: Queta
Queta should go to the league this year. His stock is going to be high if he continues playing like he is.

Re: Queta
Queta is gone and should be. He is a great player. It really sucks we wasted two amazing performances from him this week.

Re: Queta
Win or lose, enjoy watching him. Love that he has stayed this long in an Aggie uniform.

Re: Queta
It was fun watching Queta against the Boise bigs these last two games. He is developing a nice mid- range jumper with some touch. He also got good positron deep in the post against a strong guy in Armus - something he had not been able to do much in previous games. He's getting better all the time. He is much more aggressive in attacking the rim and dunking than he has been, too
Armus was no slouch, either. He had some quick moves in the post. His two baskets toward the end of the game were extremely tough shots and essentially won the game for the Broncos.

At least one of those looked like it slipped out of his hand. Pretty lucky.Yossarian wrote: ↑February 20th, 2021, 1:16 pmIt was fun watching Queta against the Boise bigs these last two games. Re: Queta
I thought the same thing. It looked like he had no control of the ball and just slapped it toward the basket. Re: Queta
Reminds me in the tourney last year against SDSU(?) when the ball rolled out of a tussle and right to the feet of a waiting Brito who dropped it in for a 3.Yossarian wrote: ↑February 20th, 2021, 3:14 pmI thought the same thing. Sometimes it's just better to be lucky.
